...which meant I spent the better part of the weekend obsessing about getting into my room.
Today was my special day.
It was a reunion akin to the final eight minutes of Wife Swap.
So here she is, ready for some good old fashioned TLC!
I was glad to see that it was thoroughly cleaned!
My paper from last year still looks good - less work for me!
Our primary classrooms each have a 'quiet room'. I use mine for my library and a couple of computers. Oh, and a place to put all my stuff over the summer!
My LOOT! Lots of great things to bring my room back to life. I'm really excited about my new
wind chimes! I think it will be a little less abrupt than my service bell!
How are YOUR classrooms coming along? I can't wait to hear all about it!
PS: I gave my {sweet and SMART} husband a little homework assignment yesterday: Make the sample for one of my back-to-school activities. Hmm... I think we're in trouble.
Haha...I think you are in trouble if interrupting a classmate is good listening. ;) Do you have a copy of that activity? I tried searching your blog - didn't know if you had posted it before. It's such a good idea to really help the kids understand what a good listener is.
ReplyDeleteAwww, I'm excited to get into my room and get started as well! I love that everyone puts their hubbies to work for them! :)

That activity is too cute! I think I'm going to steal the idea if you don't mind :)
ReplyDeleteI'm new to blogging and am glad I found yours! Check mine out :)
